Huskrooms
— performance installation
the inner space is the performance
Huskrooms is an installation and performance in constant movement intuitively shaped through interactions with its participants in (semi) public spaces.
In a world where rituals and shared narratives are lost, Huskrooms creates an environment to spend time with oneself and other people. Time to dwell with other beings: all the carefully collected materials, each bearing its own history.
People, weather, gestures, habits, textures and objects interact with the work, which then becomes a living artwork.

Each Huskroom intends to symbolise the basic conditions of human safety and security as well as to explore once own body awareness and body sensing through contact with the artwork.
Visitors who walk and wander through the world of the linked together Huksrooms embody the artwork which brings them in contact with themselves, others and the environment, an environment that through their gestures and presence gains new meaning and relevance.
In the coming years, Huskrooms will continue to evolve as a platform for collaboration, connection,
and experimentation—blurring the boundary between art and everyday life.
This development takes place with transdisciplinary artists and in partnership with institutions and programs at the crossroads of care and art.
